Updated 1 year, 2 months ago for patch 9.2.7 by Preston. View the change log.
This page covers healer-focused strategies for the Mists of Tirna Scithe dungeon in Shadowlands. While it's tailored for healers, other roles may also find the information useful. If you have any suggestions or feedback, you can leave a comment below or tweet @PrestonDvorak.
This guide has been updated and maintained based on my own experiences as well as Dungeon Journal and combat log information. I'll continue to update it as-needed.
Bosses
Below are guides for the bosses in Mists of Tirna Scithe, including their abilities, healer notes, and addon settings.
Ingra Maloch
During this encounter, players will be alternating between two stages.
Stage One - Foul Magic
This stage begins the encounter and ends when Droman Oulfarran is "killed." The stage begins again after ~15 seconds in stage two, when Soul Shackle takes hold again.
- Ingra Maloch
- Controls Droman with Soul Shackle.
- Interrupt Spirit Bolt to prevent the damage dealt.
- During Embrace Darkness, all attacks against Ingra deal light damage to the attacking player.
- Additionally, all players take light damage over time from Death Shroud.
- On Mythic, Repulsive Visage (dispel, magic) fears all players for 3-seconds.
- Droman Oulfarran
- Don't stand in front to avoid Bewildering Pollen (dispel, magic).
- When Force Compliance is cast, avoid the impact locations of Tears of the Forest and the resulting Anima Puddles.
- On Mythic, Weakened Resolve causes each cast of Tears of the Forest to increase the number of impact locations by one. The increase resets each time stage two starts.
Stage Two - Wrath of the Forest
This stage begins when Droman Oulfarran is "killed" and ends after ~15 seconds when Soul Shackle takes hold again. The stage begins again each subsequent time Droman Oulfarran is "killed."
- Dorman Oulfarran now assists players.
- Dorman Oulfarran
- Droman's Wrath stuns Ingra and causes him to take additional damage.
- Dorman Oulfarran

- Sigils are created with following three criteria:

- Border: Full Border, No Border
- For example, the four sigils could be an Outline Only Leaf with No Border, A Full Color Flower with No Border, A Full Color Leaf with No Border, and an Outline Only Leaf with Border.
