Grand Magistrix Elisande, Healer Guide

This guide has been updated and maintained based on my own experiences with the fight as well as Dungeon Journal information. I'll continue to update it as-needed.
General Mechanics and Abilities
Normal and Heroic
Elisande will use Time Stop twice during the fight before she dies to rewind time, this triggers a new Time Layer and alters her abilities.
Shared Abilities
These abilities are used throughout the fight, no matter what Time Layer you're on.
- Cascadent Star deals moderate damage to the targeted player, and then moderate damage to other random nearby players. The number of other players hit decreases as Elisande's energy gets lower.
- Time Elemental adds periodically join the fight, when killed these adds leave behind a Rift (these appear as large domes).
- Recurisve Elemental
- Blast should be interrupted, each successful cast increases its damage done by 5%.
- When killed, these leave behind a Slow Time rift. Touching this grants you reduced haste, movement speed, over-time tick rate, and cooldown rate.
- Expedient Elemental
- Exothermic Release deals increasing damage to the group.
- When killed, these leave behind a Fast Time rift. Touching this grants you increased haste, movement speed, over-time tick rate, and cooldown rate.
Time Layer 1
This is the Time Layer the fight begins in.
- Avoid Arcanetic Ring as it collapses in on itself.
- The Slow Time rift will slow down part of the ring, making it easier to avoid.
- Spanning Singularity creates singularity holes around the room. Standing in these deals heavy damage over time and causes them to shrink and eventually disappear.
- These singularity holes will appear at the same locations in subsequent Time Layers.
- Don't stand near the tank to avoid damage from Ablation.
Time Layer 2
This Time Layer occurs after the first time Elisande uses Time Stop.
- Avoid standing in the path of Delphuric Beam if you aren't the targeted player.
- Epocheric Orbs deals heavy damage to the entire group unless soaked by a single player, at which point the damage radius is decreased to 5-yards.
- The tank affected by Ablating Explosion should run away from the group to reduce the damage the group takes.
Time Layer 3
This Time Layer occurs after the second time Elisande uses Time Stop.
- Permeliative Torment deals random, increasing damage to affected players.
- Players affected by Conflexive Burst must use the rifts left behind by Time Elementals to speed up or slow down their debuff to prevent them from triggering at the same time.
- Ablative Pulse deals increasing damage to the tanks and should be interrupted as often as possible.
Mythic Differences
Shared Abilities
- Time Elemental adds have new abilities, in addition to their previous ones.
- Recurisve Elemental
- Recursion should be interrupted as-needed
- If not interrupted, it resets debuff durations on players as well as Elisande's Delphuric Beam ability.
- Expedient Elemental
- Recursion should be interrupted as-needed.
- If not interrupted, it speeds up the over-time tick rate and shortens the duration of all debuffs on players.
Healing Strategy
Healing this fight should remain relatively stable if mechanics are handled properly.
Shared Abilities
- Cascadent Star deals moderate damage to the targeted player and other players nearby.
- Exothermic Release from Expedient Elementals deals steadily increasing damage to the group.
Time Layer 1
- Players soaking singularity holes from Spanning Singularity will take moderate damage.
Time Layer 2
- Players soaking Epocheric Orb may need a cooldown to survive, otherwise they will take critical damage.
- Failing to soak one of these will cause the entire group to take critical damage instead.
Time Layer 3
- Players affected by Permeliative Torment will take steadily increasing damage at random intervals.
- Every time a Conflexive Burst expires, the entire group will take heavy damage. You will likely need a group-healing cooldown for these.
Debuffs to Track
- Spanning Singularity causes players to need additional healing
- I need to double check the exact name of the debuff when standing in the singularity holes.
- Permeliative Torment also causes players to need additional healing.
DBM Settings
Below are the DBM settings I'll be using for Grand Magistrix Elisande. You can set them up however you'd like, but these ones should work well as a starting point. Some settings may be Mythic only.
