Enchants

Most enchants are crafted with Enchanting and provide a permanent, beneficial effect for as long as the piece of gear that's enchanted is worn.

Weapon

  1. Sophic Devotion
  2. Sophic Writ (cheaper, but less effective)

Cloak

  1. Regenerative Leech
  2. Writ of Leech (cheaper, but less effective)

Chest

  1. Waking Stats
  2. Reserve of Intellect

Bracer

  1. Devotion of Leech
  2. Writ of Leech (cheaper, but less effective)

Legs

  1. Frozen Spellthread* (Intellect/Stamina)
    *Crafted by Tailoring

Boot

  1. Watcher's Loam
  2. Plainsrunner's Breeze

Rings

Cheaper, less effective alternatives are noted in parenthesis.

Raiding

  1. Devotion of Haste (Writ of Haste) if Haste is below 30%.
  2. Devotion of Mastery (Writ of Mastery) if Mastery is below 30%.
  3. Devotion of Versatility (Writ of Versatility)
  4. Devotion of Critical Strike (Writ of Critical Strike)

Mythic+

  1. Devotion of Haste (Writ of Haste) if Haste is below 30%.
  2. Devotion of Versatility (Writ of Versatility) if Versatility is below 30%.
  3. Devotion of Mastery (Writ of Mastery) for additional healing.
  4. Devotion of Critical Strike (Writ of Critical Strike) for additional damage.


Gems

Gems are crafted by Jewelcrafting and provide a permanent stat increase for as long as the piece of gear it's socketed into is worn. Sockets can appear as a bonus on any piece of gear besides weapons and trinkets.

Tiered Medallion Setting allows up to three sockets to be added to a Neck item. The number of sockets added is based on the quality of the Tiered Medallion Setting.

Consumables

Phials

Phials function much like flasks did, granting a temporary, beneficial effect that persists through death. Consuming two of the same phial will increase the duration to 1-hour, but cannot be extended beyond that.

Weapon Runes

Weapon runes are crafted by Inscription and apply a temporary, beneficial effect to a weapon, which persists through death.

Food

Food is crafted by Cooking and applies a temporary, beneficial effect, which is lost upon death.

  1. Primary Stat Feasts (Intellect)

  4. Secondary Stat Food and Feast
    1. Timely Demise (Haste)
    2. Salt-Baked Fishcake (Mastery)

    4. Filet of Fangs (Critical Strike)
    5. Yusa's Hearty Stew (lowest secondary stat)
  5. Thrice-Spiced Mammoth Kabob (less Intellect/Stamina)

Augment Runes

Augment runes are gained as bonus loot from various activities, and can be bought on the auction house. They apply a temporary increase to Intellect, which is lost upon death.

  1. Draconic Augment Rune

Potions

Potions are used to regain health and mana, or to gain a temporary buff or effect. Combat and Utility potions all share a 5-minute cooldown.

Combat Potions (Mana and Throughput)

These potions are commonly used in combat as noted in parenthesis, and share a 5-minute cooldown with Utility potions when used.

Healing Potions

These potions are used to restore some of your health, and have their own 5-minute cooldown.
