This guide has been updated and maintained based on my own experiences with the encounter, logs information, and Dungeon Journal information. I'll continue to update it as-needed.

General Mechanics and Abilities

• The tanks will be dealing with the expanding Poison Clouds that appear at the boss' location throughout the encounter, likely forcing the boss to be moved.
  
  • Additionally, if the top threat target isn't in melee range, Slime Stream deals fatal damage to all players.
• Don't stand in front of the boss to avoid Slime Spray.
  • Each player hit spawns a Fallout Slime.
    • Fallout Slime
      • Stay more than 15-yards away to avoid the damage over time from Disease Cloud.
• Targets random players with Mutating Injection (dispel, disease), which leaves behind a Poison Cloud when it expires or is dispelled.
  
  • Players should move to a designated area, or near existing Poison Clouds, before being dispelled.
• After 12-minutes, Enrages, gaining increased physical damage dealt and attack speed.

Season of Mastery Differences

• Currently, I'm not aware of any mechanical differences.
• There are new quests offered by Archmage Tarsis Kir-Moldir just inside Naxxramas, and it was suggested that these could lead to surprises that "have a significant impact" inside and outside Naxxramas.

Resistance Levels

• Players generally won't make use of any additional resistances on this encounter.

Healing Notes

The notes below mostly pertain to progression difficulty, meaning if you out-gear the difficulty you're on or use extra healers they may not apply.

• As long as Poison Clouds are managed properly there won't be a significant amount of healing during this encounter.

Debuffs to Track

• Major: Mutating Injection (dispel, disease)
