This page covers a healer-focused strategy for Lihuvim, Principal Architect in Sepulcher of the First Ones in Shadowlands. This guide has been updated and maintained based on my own experiences with the encounter, combat log information, and Dungeon Journal information. I'll continue to update it as-needed.
General Mechanics and Abilities
Normal and Heroic
- On Heroic, stay more than 12-yards away from the tanks to avoid
Resonance, which causes alternating blasts of
Kinetic Resonance and
Sundering Resonance.
- Players hit by
Kinetic Resonance take increased Cosmic damage.
- Players hit by
Sundering Resonance take increased Physical damage.
- Tanks with
Deconstructing Blast should not be hit by
Kinetic Resonance, or will need a defensive cooldown to survive.
- Players hit by
- During
Manifest Mote, when targeted by
Unstable Mote move as far away from other players as possible to drop the resulting Unstable Mote.
- Unstable Mote
- Standing near an Unstable Mote expands its
Unstable Mote pool, dealing moderate damage over time to all players inside it.
- Standing near an Unstable Mote expands its
- Unstable Mote
- When affected by
Deconstructing Energy, stand within 8-yards of Unstable Motes to deconstruct them with the resulting
Deconstructing Blast.
- Affected players take light damage over time and then moderate damage, and then take greatly increased Physical damage.
- At 100% Energy, during
Synthesize:
- Synthesized Automa begin forming inside construction bays. One of these can be killed before fully forming.
- Degeneration Automa
- Deals moderate damage over time to random players with
Degenerate.
- Deals moderate damage over time to random players with
- Acquisitions Automa
- Deals increasing light to moderate damage to all players with
Instability.
- Upon death, stay more than 40-yards away to avoid
Detonation.
- Deals increasing light to moderate damage to all players with
- Guardian Automa
- Creates Sentries with
Form Sentry Automa.
- Sentry
- Deals light damage to random players with
Sentry Fire.
- Deals light damage to random players with
- Sentry
- Creates Sentries with
- On Heroic, Defense Matrix Automa
- Enemies inside the
Ephemeral Barrier take greatly reduced damage.
- Enemies inside the
- When a Synthesized Automa is killed, standing in its construction bay grants
Protoform Disalignment, greatly reducing Cosmic damage taken while removing stacks of
Protoform Radiance, detailed below.
- Degeneration Automa
- Deals increasing moderate to heavy damage over time to all players with
Protoform Radiance.
- Synthesized Automa begin forming inside construction bays. One of these can be killed before fully forming.
- Avoid the impact locations of
Protoform Cascade.
- Deals moderate damage to all players and knocks them back with
Cosmic Shift.
Mythic Differences
Alignment Shift applies
Melodic Alignment or
Harmonic Alignment to all players.
- At least one player with each Alignment must stand with players targeted by
Resonance Cascade.
- If an Alignment is missing when
Resonance Cascade expires,
Dissonance Cascade kills all players inside the effect.
- If an Alignment is missing when
- At least one player with each Alignment must stand with players targeted by
- Synthesized Automa have additional abilities.
- Degeneration Automa
- Upon death,
Terminal Mote creates an Unstable Mote.
- Upon death,

The notes below mostly pertain to progression difficulty, meaning if you out-gear the difficulty you're on or use extra healers they may not apply.

Major
Deconstructing Energy causes players to need light healing over time and then moderate healing.
