Blizzard hasn't yet released a survival guide video for this patch, but once they do, it will be added here.
Patch 7.3.5 is being released on January 16, 2018.
This is the only Druid-specific change I've seen for this patch, but it's a pretty highly requested one! The Druid Lunarwing form can now sit, much like the normal flight form. You can see it in action in the MMO-Champion video below.
Battle resurrections inside Mythic+ dungeons now function similarly to how they do in raid instances, with a shared set of charges for all players with a battle resurrection. You begin the Mythic+ run with one charge and gain an additional charge every 10-minutes, up to a maximum of five charges.
A token used to create a random legendary item for your specialization can now be purchased from Arcanomancer Vridiel in Dalaran (the same NPC that sells the legendary upgrade item). This token costs 1000 Waking Essence, and the cost of the legendary upgrade item has been increased to 300 Waking Essence. However, the rate at which Waking Essence drops has been increased by nearly six times what it was prior to patch 7.3.5.
All content in the game, including dungeons, now uses the level-scaling technology introduced in Legion. This means if you enjoy leveling through quests you will no longer end up with a bunch of gray quests partway through a zone! Similarly, if you enjoy leveling up through dungeons, you should now see a wider variety of dungeons and be able to get gear more easily.
The chart by @_poneria below shows the new 7.3.5 zone level ranges in light colors, along with the old level ranges in dark colors. Based on the chart, we can see many Classic zones have had their level ranges increased by nearly five times what they used to be. If you were thinking about leveling a Druid or another alt, now is the perfect time!
In addition to content specific to Restoration Druids, there is a ton of new playable content being added to the game. I won't have detailed explanations here, but I wanted to at least mention everything.
Additional Backpack Slots
If you have an Authenticator attached to your account, you'll receive an additional four slots on your backpack! Bringing it from 16 slots to 20.
Following in the footsteps of Black Temple, Ulduar is being added to the timewalking rotation and will be active during the Wrath of the Lich King timewalking event. Additionally, the 10-man and 25-man meta achievements from Ulduar have been merged into one set, which now rewards both mounts. If you had previously only completed one of the meta achievements for one of the mounts, you should receive the other mount upon logging in when 7.3.5 is released.
Silithus and the Seething Shore battleground
Once you've killed Argus in Antorus, you'll receive a new quest line that takes you to Silithus to investigate the wound from the sword Sargeras thrust into Azeroth. Once you've completed the quest line, you'll also have access to the new Seething Shore battleground. The battleground is a 10v10 "king of the hill" style map, with Horde and Alliance fighting to collect Azerite.
There are even more, smaller features coming, including:
- New S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera filters, which are unlocked by currently unknown means
- New holiday items
You can see all of the changes in Blizzard's official 7.3.5 patch notes.
