In order to have more transparency about what's going on behind the scenes, I'm going to be doing monthly overviews of what was added and updated during the month. This can include content, back-end systems, and even things like marketing. These articles may be a little rough around the edges, but the goal is to get the point across without spending too much time editing the actual article (which means more time working on the stuff the article talks about).
During March 2018, the following items were added or updated.
New website development continued this month, including:
As always, nothing pictured is final, but it's a good indicator of how the design is coming along. The focus moving into April will be moving more content over and completing the new systems to make that possible.
The Antorus healer guides continued to receive small updates as I work my way through Mythic.
A new Mythic Antorus kill video was added! It's my first time DPSing progression content in a very long time, but my guild wanted another strong cleave class for Coven.
I was fortunate to make it into the Battle for Azeroth alpha! I stream it as much as I can through the week, and you can find previous streams in the Battle for Azeroth alpha playlist.
As always, there's the playlist of all my archived Twitch streams for March.
The Twitch stream received significant updates at the end of March, including all new graphics, overlays, and the addition of a webcam.
I also updated my Streaming Equipment list with my webcam, green screen, and lighting.
I thought sharing my time investment and money earned could help put things in perspective. If you'd like to support the site and stream, there are several methods located on the right-hand side of the page under "Show Additional Support," along with disabling adblock on the site, Twitch channel, and YouTube channel.
Approximate Hours Spent Working
Non-streaming activities (website, videos, etc): 155 (5 hours per day, 7 days per week)
Streaming: 56 (~2 hours per day, 6 days per week)
That's all for this month! Feel free to leave comments and ask questions.
